Bicomponent Extruder

The extruder is essentially composed of: – hydraulic pump for the drawing out of component A; – pneumatic catalyst pump for the drawing out of component B; – pump for the mixing process of component B (by the first pump), which allows the alteration of the pump flow rate and the mixing quantity, if required; – pneumatic pump for the washing process; – lifter and flat support operated by pneumatic cylinders; – mixer; – alarm system for minimum and maximum pressures; – adjustable flow rate of the extruded material; – heated plate that ensures that work can be carried out with a steady temperature even in different climatic conditions; – dimensions (1.600 x 800 x 2.300 mm); – mounted on wheels
